Salary & BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct care and support to individuals with compassion and empathy.
- Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
- Plan and facilitate engaging activities to promote socialization and personal growth.
- Support individuals in developing and maintaining life skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting.
- High school diploma or HiSet.
- Previous experience in a direct care role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others.
