Caregiving Support Specialist

Village Caregiving is a leading provider of in-home caregiving services, dedicated to enhancing the lives of elderly individuals and their families. Our team is comprised of compassionate caregivers who strive to deliver exceptional support and care.
We are currently seeking experienced caregivers to join our team in the Watertown area. As a caregiver with Village Caregiving, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients while enjoying a competitive hourly rate of $17-$19, based on experience.
Job DescriptionThe primary responsibility of this role is to provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) for elderly clients, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. This may include:
- Assisting clients with medication management and administration
- Ambulation and mobility support, including accompaniment to appointments and walks
- Personal care and hygiene support, such as bathing and dressing
- Light housekeeping duties, including meal preparation and grocery shopping
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Prior caregiving experience, although not required; training will be provided
- Current CPR Certification from the American Heart Association
- A strong commitment to adhering to health and safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical endurance to complete required tasks
- A high school diploma or equivalent
