About the Job: We are currently seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Specialist II to join our team. As a MHS II, you will be responsible for providing direct care and support to individuals with severe mental health needs. This role requires a strong ability to manage intense behaviors, maintain a safe living environment, and promote person-centered approaches.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with severe mental health needs
  • Maintain a clean, safe living environment
  • Assist with daily living skills and transportation
  • Promote person-centered approaches and empowerment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 3 years of experience working with mental illness preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
