About This Role
We offer a competitive salary range of $40.00 - $41.00 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid time off, 401(k) savings plan with employer matching, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities
* Provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment, adhering to individualized care plans and physicians' orders
* Execute compliant documentation of care provided, ensuring accurate records and seamless communication among caregivers
* Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians
* Conduct thorough patient assessments, coordinate care, and educate patients and family members on disease management and self-care techniques

Requirements
* Graduation from an accredited nursing program
* Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice
* Current CPR certification
* Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care policies and procedures
