Position Overview

Ultra Clean Technology is at the forefront of the semiconductor industry, playing a pivotal role in the production of advanced technology that powers smartphones, smart vehicles, and artificial intelligence devices. As we navigate this transformative period, we are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Level II professional to enhance our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough audits to ensure adherence to established procedures and standards, compiling detailed reports and presenting insights to relevant stakeholders.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of final visual inspections through comprehensive audits of parts and finished products.
  • Collaborate with team members to devise strategies aimed at elevating product quality.
  • Assist in Quality Management System (QMS) projects.
  • Support the calibration program across the facility, which includes preparing measurement tools for calibration, analyzing calibration results for out-of-tolerance conditions, and maintaining calibration documentation.
  • Contribute to the ambient monitoring efforts within cleanroom environments.
  • Engage in quality sustaining activities by addressing action items from audit findings as assigned.
  • Validate the effectiveness of corrective actions taken in response to audit findings.
  • Manage and track data from Certificates of Analysis for procured chemicals.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret and apply production instructions and standards effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and database management software.
  • Basic mathematical skills are essential.

Educational and Certification Requirements:

  • Certification as a Quality Auditor (CQA) or equivalent is preferred.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's degree is preferred.

Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a production environment is required, with cleanroom experience being advantageous.

Work Environment:

  • The role is primarily based in a manufacturing and/or office setting.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, stooping, kneeling, and reaching.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to exert varying levels of force to move objects as needed.
  • Visual acuity is required to perform assigned tasks effectively.

Environmental Considerations:

  • Personal protective equipment is mandatory.
  • Exposure to potential hazards, including electrical currents, moving mechanical parts, chemicals, and debris, is expected.

Travel Requirements:

  • No overnight travel is anticipated for this position.
