Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards, prepare detailed audit reports, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of final visual inspections through audits of parts and finished products.
  • Collaborate with team members to devise strategies aimed at enhancing product quality.
  • Support Quality Management System (QMS) projects.
  • Assist in the plant-wide calibration program, which includes preparing instruments for calibration, analyzing calibration results for out-of-tolerance conditions, and maintaining calibration documentation.
  • Oversee ambient monitoring within controlled environments.
  • Engage in quality sustaining activities.
  • Address action items related to audit findings as assigned.
  • Verify actions taken to resolve audit findings.
  • Input and track data from Certificates of Analysis for procured chemicals.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret and apply production instructions and standards.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and database management.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
Educational and Certification Requirements:
  • Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or equivalent certification.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree is preferred.
Experience Requirements:

Work Experience:

  • A minimum of 4 years in a production environment, with experience in a cleanroom setting preferred.
