About the Role

As a Business Development Coordinator at Woodruff Sawyer, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion. Reporting to the BDC Manager, you will work closely with the Regional Growth Leader to support key initiatives and growth objectives in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the BDC Manager to develop and implement business growth strategies
  • Support the Regional Growth Leader in achieving growth objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including producers and clients
  • Manage and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with the Sales Enablement team to support the onboarding and training of new producers
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with the Salesforce ecosystem is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
