Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Business Development Leader to join our team at our Prince George location in Virginia.

">

This role involves leading, training, motivating, and staffing all departments, with a focus on customer retention and CSI. The ideal candidate will work closely with each manager to obtain specific goals and objectives, create a positive culture and a “team” atmosphere focusing on employee retention, and collaborate with the marketing department to develop effective strategies for meeting sales goals.

The successful Business Development Leader will be passionate about driving business growth and have superior leadership and motivation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead highly effective meetings and drive results-oriented discussions.
  • Create a positive culture and a “team” atmosphere focusing on employee retention.
  • Work with the marketing department to develop effective strategies for meeting sales goals.
  • Passionate about customer retention and CSI.
  • Action-oriented and results-driven.

Requirements

  • Highly qualified applicants with automotive or powersports experience preferred.
  • Superior leadership and motivation skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
