Job Summary

The primary function of this position is to promote and sell service agreements for commercial building systems products, including fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler, security, sound, communication, and inspections. As a Service Sales Executive, you will establish contact with prospects, qualify potential buyers, and develop a positive ongoing relationship with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Qualifying potential buyers of service contracts
  • Developing Sales Strategies to gain customer understanding of company service offerings
  • Closing Sales to meet sales plan objectives
  • Maintaining Accurate Records of all sales-related activities
  • Supporting the Service Department to generate leads for service or equipment/device upgrades
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of B2B Sales Experience
  • Experience Selling Service or Intangible Products
  • Ability to Work in a Matrix Environment with minimal direction
  • Professional Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Technical or Business Discipline
  • Industry or Related Industry Experience
  • Salesforce Proficiency
