Lead a Team of Sales Professionals at DIFILIPPO

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at DIFILIPPO. As a leader, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our existing client base, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
