Job Responsibilities
  • Build Relationships and Create Customers for Life: Our sales professionals are responsible for building relationships with customers and creating a loyal customer base.
  • Be the Vehicle Expert: Our sales professionals must have in-depth knowledge of our vehicle offerings, including optional packages and the latest technology.
  • Perform High-Quality and Professional Demonstrations: Our sales professionals are responsible for performing high-quality and professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
  • Follow-Up with Buyers: Our sales professionals must follow up with buyers to ensure referral business and build long-term relationships.
  • Learn to Overcome Objections and Thrive in Sales Situations: Our sales professionals must be able to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
  • Direct Report to the Sales Manager: Our sales professionals are responsible for reporting to the sales manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Position Expectations
  • Availability to Work Evenings and Saturdays: Our sales professionals must be available to work a couple of evenings and Saturdays.
  • Be a Productive Member of the Team: Our sales professionals must be a productive member of the team and contribute to daily and monthly goals.
