Position Overview:

The Client Relations Associate plays a vital role within the Marquee Event Group, a leading name in the event planning industry. Our organization prides itself on delivering exceptional service and a vast selection of products to ensure our clients' events are memorable and successful.

Role Summary:

As a key member of the Client Services team, the Client Relations Associate will engage in lead qualification, quote generation, and outbound marketing efforts. This position requires adept multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail. Reporting directly to the Director of Client Services, this role is integral to managing a significant portion of our order volume.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
  2. Assist new customers and manage requests from existing clients without a dedicated Account Executive.
  3. Field web leads, converting them into business opportunities or escalating them as necessary.
  4. Maintain accurate records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  5. Coordinate with local teams to arrange showroom visits or product demonstrations.
  6. Conduct periodic account reviews and collaborate with the Client Service Director on account transitions.
