Midtown Athletic Club is seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (French-speaking) to address customer inquiries and manage the technical elements of our service.

As a Customer Support Specialist, Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor toward members at all times
- Timely and accurate follow-up on member requests
- Closing the loop with members across various communication channels
- Acknowledging and escalating member concerns
- Possessing in-depth knowledge of our products and services to address inquiries
- Processing orders, forms, and requests efficiently
- Conducting routine outreach to customers with overdue accounts to recover outstanding balances
- Managing incoming bookings and service inquiries for reservations
- Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Assisting in the training of junior Customer Support Specialists
- Troubleshooting common workflow issues
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to find effective solutions

Experience Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Proficient in learning and utilizing computer applications and software
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in customer service
- Ability to maintain a positive outlook in challenging situations
- Patience and attentiveness when addressing complex cases
- Eagerness to handle a high volume of calls, emails, and/or tickets daily
- A commitment to continuous self-improvement and enhancing work processes
- Passion for working within a customer support team
