Position Overview

The Leasing and Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in providing marketing, sales, and customer service assistance to potential residents. This role also involves strategizing and implementing a comprehensive community marketing initiative while providing indirect oversight to fellow team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintains a strong sales orientation towards every prospective and existing customer
  • Effectively manages the complete leasing process with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Handles leads, evaluates and approves qualified applicants, and organizes necessary documentation
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of community features to meet customer requirements
  • Engages in networking opportunities both internally and externally to attract new residents
  • Develops captivating content for various social media channels

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • High School diploma or GED is mandatory
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline or communications is preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service is required
  • Leasing experience is highly desirable
  • Proficient in computer applications including MS Office and social media platforms
  • Must possess a valid and active driver’s license
