About the Job:
This Human Resources Coordinator role is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of Uniqlo Co., Ltd. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping our company culture and ensuring seamless employee relations, recruitment, and talent management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with Area Human Resources Manager to address employee relations issues and achieve staffing objectives.
* Manage various reports and focus on administrative tasks related to HR reporting, policy, and procedure.
* Serve as a point of contact for employee relations questions and concerns, leaves of absence, paid time off, workers' compensation, etc.
* Assist with interviews, investigations, disciplinary actions, and provide HR support at the store level.
* Collaborate with other functional groups, including store managers, human resources, training, and payroll.
* Develop and deliver training programs for Human Resources Associates, covering HR processes and procedures, employment laws, recruiting, etc.
* Advise Store Manager on workforce planning and optimization.
* Support recruiting efforts by building and maintaining professional relationships with external sources to generate applicant flow.
* Leverage recruiting tools and employ talent acquisition strategies to source external candidates.
* Oversee all aspects of employment, including completing employment forms, conducting orientations, and notifying departments of new hire starting dates.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree preferred.
* 1-2 years of human resources administration or related experience.
* Experience in retail preferred.
* Strong MS Office proficiency.
* Experience with applicant tracking systems and Human Resources systems (Workday strongly preferred).
* Excellent Customer Service skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Knowledge of HR policies and practices, employment law, recruitment, and employment practices, Equal Employment Opportunity regulations and guidelines.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including evenings and weekends.
* Travel may be required (25-50%).

Physical Requirements:
* Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
* Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages.
* Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
* Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Full-Time Availability Requirements:
* Average 32 or more hours per week based on business seasonality.
* Open availability on weekends (religious exemptions will be considered).
* Restrictions on availability limited to two days per week.

* May require travel (25-50%)
