As the Culinary Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing kitchen activities while ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for all team members. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement regular and customized menus following established protocols.

  • Make informed decisions regarding the use of leftover food products in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations through regular audits and inspections.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including incident reporting.
  • Engage in departmental meetings and professional development opportunities as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in culinary or kitchen management.
  • Experience in high-volume food service operations is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on culinary experience is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of food trends, quality control, sanitation, and cost management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
  • Willingness to engage in client satisfaction initiatives.
  • ServSafe certification is preferred.
