Part-Time Retail Sales Representative - Calvin Klein Accessories
POSITION OVERVIEW
Sales Representatives serve as brand ambassadors, responsible for fostering a meaningful connection between our clientele and the brand. They consistently surpass expectations, deliver outstanding service, and exhibit enthusiasm for our brand. Sales Representatives are integral members of a team dedicated to achieving exceptional sales performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Engagement
- Welcomes and assists every customer; emphasizes customer interaction and suggestive selling to enhance units per transaction and conversion rates.
- Maintains comprehensive knowledge of products and promotions to articulate value and cultivate brand loyalty.
- Prioritizes providing an extraordinary customer experience and consistently places our customers first; solicits customer feedback and communicates business opportunities to management.
- Implements processing, restocking, cashiering, promotional activities, and visual/marketing directives in accordance with brand standards.
- Ensures backstock organization and adheres to all company policies, tools, and procedures.
- Maintains vigilance regarding potential theft and reports any concerns to management.
- Exhibits pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and our customers; treats customers and team members with professionalism, courtesy, and respect.
- Celebrates and embraces diversity, inclusion, and collaboration; fosters relationships and seeks feedback for ongoing personal development.
- Welcomes innovation, change, and company initiatives; collaborates effectively to achieve brand objectives.
- Previous retail experience is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Flexible availability is required, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
- Strong communication and time management skills are essential.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods, and lift up to 20 pounds.
