Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance customer loyalty and increase purchase frequency by effectively executing program strategies and member promotions.
- Collaborate with essential departments such as E-commerce, Retail, Brand Creative, Finance, and IT to establish and manage the marketing execution calendar across various channels.
- Oversee daily operations of program activities, including offer implementation, quality assurance, collateral management, and supervision of marketing execution.
- Act as a liaison among stakeholders, IT, and store and call center associates to address and resolve any issues that arise.
- Ensure that all campaigns and promotions comply with legal standards.
- Assist in formulating future strategy proposals based on current performance metrics and industry best practices.
- Work alongside business and IT stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and implement enhancements to the program.
- Analyze and report on program performance, suggesting adjustments to optimize the loyalty and retention marketing strategy.
- Conduct and maintain research on competitors.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience in loyalty marketing.
