Job Title: Shift Manager

Reports to: Store Manager and/or General Manager

FLSA Status: Non Exempt

Job Summary: LaMar's Donuts is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our donut shop, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team of employees to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Complete daily opening and closing procedures, establish budgets and goals, and oversee the complete operation of the unit.
  • Team Leadership: Hire and train employees in franchise policies and procedures, schedule employees to work, and perform all personnel management functions.
  • Inventory Management: Keep accurate inventory records of all materials, supplies, and other items.
  • Customer Service: Maintain customer satisfaction and control materials, labor, and other operating costs.
  • Unit Maintenance: Oversee unit maintenance and security.

Certifications/Licenses:

  • Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Insurance Underwriting Requirements: Must meet insurance underwriting requirements.

Expected Salary Range: $16 - $17.25 per hour.
