Job Overview

As a Client Support Specialist in a retail environment, you will engage directly with customers, providing assistance and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers as they enter the store.
  • Guide customers in locating products and offer suggestions tailored to their needs.
  • Manage returns, exchanges, and customer concerns with professionalism.
  • Encourage product sales and enhancements to achieve store objectives.
  • Deliver comprehensive product details, including features, advantages, and pricing.
  • Operate the cash register, manage transactions, and handle payments accurately.
  • Issue receipts and process refunds or exchanges when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment.
  • Restock shelves, arrange merchandise, and uphold visual merchandising standards.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, escalating to management when required.
  • Provide outstanding service to foster a positive shopping atmosphere and promote customer loyalty.
  • Stay updated on store promotions, sales, and new merchandise.
  • Familiarize yourself with store policies and procedures to assist customers effectively.
