Business Strategy Manager Opportunity

Jobot is seeking an experienced Business Strategy Manager to join our team in Long Beach, CA. As a key member of our US entity, you will be responsible for driving strategic planning, competitive intelligence, and business partnering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and analyze key trends across our landscape and ecosystem to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to form actionable insights and enterprise-wide outlooks.
  • Build a robust competitive intelligence process to monitor key industry players.

Strategic Planning:
  • Drive the strategic planning process to define company strategy and establish strategic goals.
  • Perform internal and external strategic analyses to inform business conditions.
  • Develop scenarios centered around variations in business outlook and assess strategic responses.

Business Partnering:
  • Partner with teams across the organization to facilitate deep-dive analyses into selected businesses.
  • Assess strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to identify strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or engineering preferred.
  • 5-10 years' experience in consulting, business development, strategy, or strategic planning.
  • Proficient in Excel financial modeling and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Market research and competitive analysis skills.

Travel Requirements:
15-20% of the time.
