We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Growth Consultant to join our team at Paychex. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leveraging our extensive network of referral channels and partnerships to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
Responsibilities- Achieve unit and revenue expectations by effectively managing accounts, leads, and opportunities in our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources, including accountants, banks, and existing Paychex clients, to secure referrals and educate stakeholders on our services.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with existing and new channel accounts through targeted email campaigns, corporate marketing programs, and telephone calls, as directed by Sales Management.
- Leverage our Go-to-Market Sales Strategy to identify customers' needs and present the Paychex solution to key stakeholders and decision makers, ensuring a seamless in-person or virtual interaction experience.
- Stay up-to-date with new product initiatives, services, industry trends, and other relevant information to optimize sales results and provide comprehensive solutions to customers.
- Collect, complete, and submit all necessary paperwork for new sales within defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) guidelines.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a relevant sales/marketing capacity.
- Valid driver's license.
In line with our commitment to pay transparency, we offer a competitive starting base salary of $60,000 annually + commission. Your total compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
