St. Joseph's Villa is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at the Sarah Dooley Center for Autism. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in supporting children with developmental disabilities and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with developmental disabilities, implementing individualized behavior plans and promoting positive behaviors.
  • Collaborate with the IEP and Clinical Teams to ensure seamless implementation of behavior plans and effective communication.
  • Assist with functional behavior assessment data collection and maintain accurate documentation of student progress.
  • Communicate effectively with classroom teachers and behavior analyst supervisors to ensure a cohesive support system.
  • Participate in scheduled RBT supervision meetings and maintain certification requirements.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in education or a related field preferred.
  • Valid VA driver's license with an excellent driving record.
  • Registered Behavior Technician credential (active or eligible for reactivation) in the Behavior Analyst Certification Board online RBT registry.
