Leadership Opportunity for Board Certified Behavior Analysts

RCG Behavioral Health Network is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our leadership team as a Clinical Supervisor. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of seasoned BCBA's and collaborate with in-house Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) and Occupational Therapists (OT).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide ongoing clinical supervision to assigned ABA Therapists, including monthly check-ins and weekly clinical observations.
  • Develop and present in-service training to improve team member competencies in clinical or therapeutic interventions.
  • Collaborate with outside agency team members, such as IEP teams, SLPs, and OTs.
  • Meet with families to review progress related to treatment plans and ensure adherence to funding source requirements.
  • Oversee family training that integrates evidence-based behavioral strategies to be implemented in the home and/or natural environment.
Requirements:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensure and at least 2 years of experience working with children with autism and/or communication disorders.
  • Ability to maintain adherence to the BACB Code of Ethics and excellent time management skills.
