Behavioral Therapist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Autism Behavioral Institute. As a BCBA, you will provide training and supervision to our team of caregivers, conduct behavioral assessments, and implement treatment curricula. You will also supervise clients' progress and provide primary caregiver training and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct behavioral services and assessments
Conduct behavioral assessments and design treatment programs for clients
Supervise a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCABAs) to implement treatment plans
Provide primary caregiver training and support
Protect the well-being of all clients in treatment sessions and emergency crises
Requirements:
Master's degree or national equivalent with a major in psychology, special education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field of studies
Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
Minimum two years of experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs
Completed the 8-hour BACB supervisor training
