Key Responsibilities

  • Setting daily, weekly, and monthly sales and prospecting goals, prioritizing tasks, and utilizing time efficiently to achieve productive outcomes.
  • Building lasting relationships with customers and assisting them in vehicle selection by actively listening to their needs.
  • Becoming an expert on vehicle offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology and aftermarket products.
  • Conducting professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referral business.
  • Learning to navigate objections and excel in sales situations while adhering to all company and regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, and performance reviews.
  • Bringing a positive attitude and commitment to excellence every day.
  • Closing sales efficiently to maximize gross profit and accurately handling financial aspects of transactions.
  • Consistently following up post-sale to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional sales.
