**Job Summary**

Savannah Technical College, a leading institution in the state of Georgia, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Part-Time Testing Specialist. As a key member of the GeorgiaGov team, this position will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of testing sessions and providing exceptional customer service to students and visitors.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate logistics for testing sessions, including setup, distribution, and collection of testing materials.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting visitors and students, and determining the nature of their business.
  • Assist with administering testing to the full range of the College's customers, ensuring a fair and secure testing environment.
  • Process exam materials and test scores, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Enter data from forms, records, and reports using BANNER software or appropriate websites.
  • Maintain and order testing materials and other supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and organized testing center.
  • Provide secretarial and clerical duties in support of the Testing Center, including answering phones and responding to emails.
  • Ensure compliance with college policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

**Requirements**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, and six (6) months of related work experience.
  • Valid Driver's License and proof of insurability.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation.
  • Skill in the operation of computers and job-related software programs.

**Preferred Qualifications**

In addition to the minimum qualifications, one year of experience in teaching, counseling, training, or testing.

**Salary and Benefits**

Salary is commensurate with education and work experience.
