Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operational planning, execution, and assessment of a web-based multi-user application.
- Act as the primary representative and liaison with external stakeholders on operational issues, providing technical and professional leadership.
- Possess extensive experience in leading training sessions and managing instructional teams.
- Demonstrate expertise in developing scenario-based training programs, including mobile training packages and user guides.

- Implement agile methodologies for all project changes and releases.

- Provide comprehensive documentation and records for system updates.
- Collaborate with divisions to address issues identified during development and testing phases.
- Establish release plans detailing rollout strategies and support roles.
- Manage deployment of approved changes and system upgrades.
- Design network infrastructure and conduct assessments to ensure compliance and performance.
