Position Overview:

The Fleet Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Fleet Operations team by providing assistance in various tasks, ensuring both internal and external customer satisfaction within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain the comprehensive fleet inventory across multiple platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill documentation requests
  • Generate and manage comparative analysis charts, purchase orders, and payment documentation
  • Monitor new fleet acquisitions, vendor transactions, and vehicle registrations
  • Engage with fleet management service providers for diverse operational tasks
  • Assist with project requests and address fleet-related requirements
  • Develop and produce operational reports
  • Analyze fleet data to identify areas for enhancement
  • Communicate with project managers regarding fleet and equipment necessities

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Exceptional customer service and organizational capabilities
  • Proficient in managing multiple priorities and working under pressure
  • Familiarity with Excel and operations within the fleet industry
  • Strong communication skills and commitment to follow-through

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Experience with ERP systems and fleet management firms is advantageous

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

  • Primarily a seated position for approximately 50% of the time
  • Limited overnight travel may be required for project engagements
  • Utilization of standard office equipment throughout the workday
