  • Basic Health & Safety Training

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
  • Complete necessary documentation, including daily notes and attendance records.
  • Participate in staff meetings and engage with parents during scheduled events.
  • Supervise and support children during various activities.
  • Provide guidance to children facing social or academic challenges.
  • Design and execute lesson plans and educational programs.
  • Create instructional materials to enhance classroom activities.
  • Assist children during meal times and ensure cleanliness afterward.
  • Ensure all classroom and outdoor equipment is well-maintained and functional.
  • Organize the classroom into distinct learning areas.
  • Lead and coordinate the activities of other classroom staff.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and maintain developmental records for each child.
  • Conduct parent-teacher conferences throughout the academic year.
  • Adhere to medication schedules for students.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

  • Meet all state requirements for the position.
  • Experience in an accredited preschool or early childhood setting is advantageous.
  • Possess a friendly demeanor and a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and reliability.
  • Ability to interact effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and management.
