About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Admissions Counselor to join our team at Adams and Associates. As an Admissions Counselor, you will play a critical role in recruiting and enrolling students into our Job Corps program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and enroll students into the Job Corps program
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with community agencies and local businesses to promote the Job Corps program
  • Conduct comprehensive screening procedures to determine applicants' eligibility for the Job Corps Program
  • Secure and evaluate applicants' behavioral, medical, and educational records
  • Conduct thorough assessment activities and career counseling during the admissions process
  • Serve as a Center Liaison to facilitate a seamless enrollment process and early student retention
  • Work closely with community agencies, employment services, high schools, trade and technical schools, and other agencies to inform prospective applicants about the Job Corps program
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications, or closely related field from an accredited school
  • Two years related experience in youth programs
  • Valid in-State Driver's License and meet Company insurability requirements
