We're seeking highly skilled Truck Engine Mechanic to join our team at Swift Transportation. As a key member of our maintenance department, you'll be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of our fleet's engines. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Diagnosing and repairing engine problems using OEM guidelines and best practices
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and filter replacements
  • Collaborating with other technicians to resolve complex issues and improve processes

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and opportunities for overtime pay, holiday pay, and shop tuition reimbursement.

Prior experience in engine repair and maintenance is preferred, but not required. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary, along with demonstrated/proven superior customer service skills and ability to use various diagnostic software.
