Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HVAC Mechanical Engineer to lead our design projects. This is a key leadership role that requires strong technical expertise, effective communication skills, and the ability to mentor junior team members.

About the Role
  • Provide project leadership from concept design through construction administration phases in a range of project types.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members through project design phases.
  • Represent the firm in client meetings and marketing pursuits.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in building systems design and leading design projects.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A PE is required.
  • A knowledge of Revit, Load Calculation Programs, MS Office.

The estimated salary for this role is $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience.
