Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at Entegee, a leading provider of custom automation solutions.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and drafting of complex medical devices, with a strong understanding of GD&T according to ASME Y14.5 standards.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage mechanical designs and documentation for novel medical devices.
  • Design and build accurate 3D CAD models of complex medical device systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Generate and manage fabrication drawings, specifications, and documentation.
  • Develop and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) and ensure accurate document control within our QMS.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks for complex 3D modeling and drafting.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with Engineering and Quality teams.
  • Experience generating and managing BOM structures, ECRs, and documentation through a QMS.
  • Familiarity with creating and managing cable drawings.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with mechanical design for medical devices.
  • Knowledge of QMS principles and practices.

Pay Details

$35.00 to $45.00 per hour
