Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Equipment Technician to join our team at Quality Staffing Services. In this role, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance tasks as scheduled and documenting the results. You will also collaborate with the Purchasing Manager to maintain a proper spare parts inventory and work with the Plant Engineer and Maintenance Manager to develop and implement preventative and corrective maintenance plans and requirements for all manufacturing equipment, fixturing, tooling, and facilities equipment.

About the Role:
- Perform scheduled facilities inspections and document as needed
- Assist in developing the maintenance budget for the upcoming year
- Execute the requirements of the company safety program and act as an active member of the safety team
- Coordinate with outside vendors contracted to perform tasks, monitoring for safety and quality

Requirements:
- Previous mechanical or industrial maintenance experience
- Experience in manufacturing automation and robotics
- Experience in electrical, HVAC, pneumatics, and PLC controller work
- Excellent verbal, written, communication, and organizational skills
- Computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings
- Ability to lift 50 lbs to shoulder height

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
