We are currently seeking an experienced BIM Specialist - Mechanical Plumbing to join our team.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will work closely with our Production team to guide projects from beginning to end, ensuring timely and accurate information between clients and Pinnacle stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with other disciplines to eliminate clashes
  2. Apply BEP and BIM project workflow criteria
  3. Use BIM software and tools to generate shop drawings and models
  4. Revise models throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in the Construction industry
  • Experience in BIM modeling and drafting of mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
  • Practical experience in Revit, AutoCAD, Naviswoks, BIM 360, and related software
  • Flexible to travel as dictated by business need
