Responsibilities:- Screening and Intake: Screen telephone calls, emails, and other inquiries to determine the suitability of potential clients for our firm.
- Case Management: Obtain detailed information from potential clients, including case details and background information.
- Client Communication: Establish relationships with potential clients, provide empathetic and compassionate communication, and schedule appointments as needed.
- Logistics and Administration: Update logs and reporting systems, assist attorneys with administrative tasks, and maintain databases.
- Bilingual: Full proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with customer service experience a major plus.
- Metrics and Performance: Strong background with performance-based metrics and a proven track record of meeting goals and deadlines.
- Software and Tools: Experience with case management software and the ability to maintain complex spreadsheets.
- Competitive Pay: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
