Job Summary: Dalkia Energy Solutions, LLC seeks a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to coordinate and dispatch field service technicians to various locations in San Antonio, Texas. This is a full-time, hourly position with opportunities for advancement within the company.

As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving and prioritizing service requests from clients, determining the necessary resources and timeline for completion, and coordinating with field service technicians to schedule and dispatch them to client locations. You will also monitor progress, provide updates to clients and stakeholders, communicate any delays or issues to clients, and work to resolve them promptly. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of service requests and technician assignments, ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, and provide exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, some college or technical training preferred, and a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar dispatching or scheduling role. You should possess strong communication and organizational skills, be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, and be proficient in computer systems and software, including Google. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
