About the Job
- Support the CEO by managing their schedule, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Develop and implement processes to streamline administrative tasks and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with the executive team to coordinate events, manage travel arrangements, and ensure smooth operations.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 6+ years of experience in an administrative role supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
- Proficiency with office software, including MS Office and other productivity tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Compensation Package
- An estimated salary of $90,000 per year.
