About the Role:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing our sales teams and developing key customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development:

  • You will identify and convert profitable sales leads while managing both individual and team performance.
  • You will build and maintain a strong prospect list to ensure a continuous flow of new business.

  • You will act as a guide on the preparation of quotes and proposals, providing expert advice to the team.

Marketing & Brand Awareness:

  • You will work closely with our marketing team to enhance our company's visibility in the region.
  • You will contribute to the creation of sales materials and ensure that wins and new opportunities are shared with the broader team.

Strategic Development:

  • You will identify new sales channels and customers in the aerospace sector, helping to drive business growth.
  • You will develop and propose innovative customer solutions, collaborating with regional managers to meet goals and objectives.
  • You will present our company's credentials to both existing and prospective customers.

Market & Competition:

  • You will establish a strong network of contacts in overseas offices to maintain our company's competitive position.
