Position Overview:
We are in search of a skilled and experienced Project Manager specializing in Engineering for our Medical Industry division. The successful candidate will oversee and manage all engineering initiatives associated with our medical equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in Civil Engineering and a proven history of effective project management. A comprehensive understanding of the regulatory landscape within the medical sector and its implications for project management is also crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically plan, organize, and direct all facets of engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • Define project scopes and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all projects within the defined scope and budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor progress and utilize appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Assess project performance using relevant systems, tools, and methodologies.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as necessary.
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Adhere to all regulatory standards and procedures pertinent to the medical industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and quality assurance to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is required.
  • At least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Engineering sector, ideally within the Medical Industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in engineering and technology.
  • Excellent communication skills, both client-facing and internal.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
