Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Coordinator to assist with various office functions. This role is essential for maintaining efficient operations and providing support to our team.

Key Duties:
  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors with a courteous approach.
  • Manage incoming calls, take messages, and facilitate communication.
  • Organize and maintain office documentation and records.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Draft and distribute internal communications, including memos and emails.
  • Support data entry tasks, document creation, and report preparation.
  • Oversee inventory of office supplies and equipment.
  • Carry out additional administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in administration is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative role, such as office assistant or receptionist.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational abilities with a knack for multitasking.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
Work Environment:
  • Standard office environment with regular business hours.
