About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Registration Coordinator to join our dynamic events team at e.Republic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, managing event registrations, and ensuring the smooth execution of events across the US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone and email, addressing their event needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Event Planning: Create and execute event plans, including setting deadlines and coordinating with team leads to ensure successful event execution.
  • Registration Management: Manage event registrations, including creating and editing event promotions, conducting follow-up outreach, and executing calls to prospective attendees and sponsors.
  • Database Management: Maintain the accuracy of our contact database, including updating contact information, creating new contacts, and submitting and editing registrations.
  • Event Execution: Travel to events to provide onsite registration support, including setting up registration and exhibit areas, greeting attendees, and processing onsite requests.
  • Technical Support: Setup, test, maintain, and troubleshoot onsite equipment and network, including MacBooks, laptops, printers, Wi-Fi hotspots, routers, and badge scanning applications.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate high levels of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Possess proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word, with the ability to efficiently navigate the internet for research.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of office experience, with a high level of technology literacy and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs, with reliable internet access.
