F&I Manager

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced F&I professional to lead our team at Fidelity Dealer Services. We are seeking a strong leader with a focus on compliance, product knowledge, and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have subprime experience and a proven track record of training new talent, communicating product features, and closing sales.

Responsibilities:
  • Contract new business, sell, and close deals.
  • Generate finance income from all sold customers.
  • Maintain accurate paperwork for cash, finance, or loan transactions.
  • Collect payments at closing and ensure bank approvals for financed and leased deals.
  • Understand and maintain working knowledge of leases, 'balloons', etc.
  • Assist in acquiring lender approval.
  • Stay up-to-date on available programs and rate options from our lenders.
  • Solicit extended warranty sales (aftermarket) and handle cancellations.
Estimated Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location and experience.
