In this exciting opportunity, we are seeking motivated individuals to join our dynamic door-to-door sales team for the summer season. As a Sales Representative at Rumble Pest Solutions, you will have the chance to develop your sales skills, earn a competitive income, and be part of a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers through door-to-door sales to promote our pest control services.
- Learn and deliver proven sales scripts to educate customers on our offerings and close deals.
- Participate in live, hands-on training with company owners and team leaders to refine your sales pitch and techniques.
- Work collaboratively in small groups of 2-3 to maintain motivation and accountability.
- Track sales performance and strive to exceed daily and weekly goals.
