Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop thorough curriculum materials for accounting training initiatives.
  • Perform extensive research on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory updates to maintain curriculum relevance.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to evaluate training needs and establish learning objectives.
  • Produce engaging and interactive lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers and multimedia experts to craft multimedia-rich educational experiences.
  • Review and refine curriculum materials based on feedback, evaluations, and industry developments.
  • Stay informed about the latest technologies and instructional design methodologies to enhance curriculum creation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Curriculum Designer within the accounting sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.
  • Expertise in instructional design methodologies, learning theories, and adult learning principles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and capability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for developing engaging and interactive learning experiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
