As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, sharing innovative ideas, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary objective of this role is to ensure a swift and welcoming shopping experience for our customers while performing various tasks in a convenience store environment.

  • Review your work schedule, check equipment and supplies, and adhere to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) protocols.
  • Provide an efficient and friendly shopping experience for all customers, addressing inquiries promptly.
  • When functioning as a cashier, accurately scan items, handle transactions, and maintain appropriate cash levels.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of all marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare and maintain food service items, including beverages.
  • Restock products to guarantee availability at all times.
  • Check-in vendors according to established procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including dusting, sweeping, and trash removal.
  • Organize aisles, checkout areas, and product displays as necessary.
  • Communicate regularly with management regarding customer feedback and vendor issues.
  • Perform limited maintenance duties related to gas station areas.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to understand and communicate company policies and safety regulations effectively.
  • Must meet physical requirements for the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Willingness to learn and operate necessary equipment and tools.
  • Must adhere to company performance standards, including regular attendance.
  • Required to maintain valid licenses or permits as necessary.
Physical Requirements:
  • Shift hours: minimum of 4 hours or more based on business needs.
  • Job cycles: continual maximum.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand 55%, Sit 0%, Walk 45%.
  • Category IV: lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • Maximum pull static: 20 lbs.
