About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Engineer to join our team at Raytheon. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of weapon systems, from tactical missiles to strategic defense products. You will provide technical knowledge and process capability expertise to improve supplier performance, ensuring technical data packages are complete and accurate and that the supplier technical performance meets quality, cost, and schedule objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve supplier performance and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues
  • Provide technical expertise to suppliers to ensure compliance with requirements
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

About You:

Typically requires a Bachelor's in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) and a minimum of 5 years of prior manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, and/or supplier engineering experience. Experience in at least one of the following: mechanical engineering, systems engineering, manufacturing & quality systems, or technical supplier management. The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $77,000 - $163,000 per year, depending on experience.
