About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Faribault Foods. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of our Quality Assurance Program, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining a high level of quality in our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the QA Manager to identify quality-related issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on quality metrics and performance indicators.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with one to three years of related experience and/or training.
  • A working knowledge of production environment machinery operation, preferably with at least one year of experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
