Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies. You will also analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for process improvements.
Schedule and Salary
This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 5 hours daily. The estimated salary for this role is $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct audits and inspections of rehabilitation programs to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Make recommendations for process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and tracking tools to support quality assurance efforts.
- Communicate with staff, clients, and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and understanding of quality assurance initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Experience working in a quality assurance or regulatory environment.
- Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures and data collection methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
